    • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

    • Software or digital products once the seal has been broken.
    • Consumable items such as printer cartridges or toner.
    • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refunds Policy

    • The product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
